Late Sh. Balbir Chand, is the driving force behind the company. He is founder our our company. We are operating under his blessing & shadow. He is not much educated, but in 1960’s Matric was very high qualification, but has supper skills to start and rise the company. He completed his matric class in 1953, further studies he done course in Land & Building matters from reputed University, He got Government Job in in 1955. He did his Government Job till 1968. He want to do his own work. He started manufacturing Tweezers in 1968 in one room of his house. He got our trade mark “GOGNA” register with Government of India in 1978. Register the Company “GOGNA TWEEZER WORKS” IN 1978 with local district bodies. In 1977 his son Mr. TILAK RAJ GOGNA Joined the business with him. Increase little production and selling Tweezers in Jalandhar City only.

Mr. TILAK RAJ GOGNA, a man with a vision to create a venerable business of excellence. He is inspiration to all as he spearheads the company’s management and operation, strategizing and directing it through the next phase of growth. Born in Jalandhar in 1960 and has complete matric and due to less finance available to continues his studies, he joined his father in 1977 in age of 17 years only and started making tweezers. Only his father and he were owners and worker and making both ends meet. In 1986, Mr. Tilak Raj wanted to grow, he registered the company “GOGNA TWEEZER WORKS” as sole proprietor firm with Government of India, owner was Mr. Balbir Chand & started selling tweezers in Delhi, Mumbai and India market and also hire 2 workers to increase production. Due to increasing demand and hiring more workers and purchase land for factory premises. “GOGNA” Become a famous name in the field of manufacturing Tweezers. In 2003 Mr. Suresh Kumar Son of Tilak Raj Joined the business. He got Import Export Code in 1996 as he was willing to export Tweezers.

Mr. SURESH KUMAR, Graduation in Commerce and Bachelors in Science – Information Technology, Born in Jalandhar in 1984. as my childhood was in the our factory and home, because home & factory are quite near with a distance of few foot steps. I often visit my factory after school time and see my father & grand father, working on machines making tweezers with 8-10 skilled and unskilled works. Some time I pick some unfinished tweezer pieces try to finish them. My Father looks at me happily say, one day you will also make tweezers like us and he also tells me keep up with studies. My Grand Father Mr. Balbir Chand teaches me after school hours. In 2003 I finally joined my business. I am in the business since last 17 years, As I have knowledge of Commerce & Computers, I make first Boucher of Tweezers & launched website in 2005 to promote our company on Internet. I have done various domestic & international business trips got orders from worthy and happy customers.
